Between 1968 and 1976, NYC man-about-town Bill Cunningham photographed models dressed in vintage period clothing in the city’s streets, parks and train stations. He later donated many of the resulting silver gelatin prints to the New-York Historical Society, 88 of which appear in its new exhibition, “Facades.” Through June 15. nyhistory.org
